Is putting your best foot forward always necessary? How do you present yourself, your services or your brand. Believe it or not you are a walking Bill Board. Everything you do and how you conduct yourself is on display each time you have an encounter with someone.

Just imagine you run into your a young woman running out the doors of a conveinent store. She bumps into you practically as if you were not even there. You turn to say something and she barks back "No, you watch out . I'm walking here." So later that day you are whisteling as you walk into the bank to withdraw funds. You get to the Banker who says " Hello! How's your day going? How can I help you?" with a enormous smile. You recall the Bankers face as if the incident happened only seconds ago. Would you be indifferent to how the Banker is treating you know versus "Your Encounter". How would you feel about this person servicing you now. Would you share your experience with them at that point.

Do you began to judge the company for something they have nothing to do with or the fact that they hired such an individual. Just the same we are held to a standard when we are providing a service, when we own a company, when we hire faces and behaviors to act on behalf of our companies.

We so often speak volumes about what we represent and what we have to offer when we communicate and have encounters on a daily basis.

Besides being in a cheerful mood and encouraging ourselves to stay positive is more healthy than we think and definitely something we could all use a little more of.
